As a Certified Executive Coach and Team Coach, I work with leaders and teams on their development. Most of my coachees are senior leaders or mid-level executives on their way to becoming senior leaders. I have coached people with very different cultural and educational backgrounds, spanning individuals from Europe, the Americas, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
As a member of EMCC and ICF, I continuously develop myself as a coach. Therefore, I frequently attend coaching supervision sessions and am a Pro Coach and Speaker with WBECS.
